We provide quality air conditioned lockout studios and hourly band rehearsal studios managed by a friendly staff dedicated to providing a professional creative environment. We offer great deals on hourly and monthly practice space to the Los Angeles and Orange County community. Located in the Long Beach/ San Pedro area we offer hourly rooms at $15/hour with PA and 20/hr with Full Backline. Our facility has secure access and on site monitoring. Most rooms come with a view of the LA Port. Monthly lockouts range in size from 96 square feet to 600 square feet. Please call or email for availability.
